Background Check Request - For Serving Purposes

Please enter the information below for the applicant requesting to serve in a department/position. This will go to the NDWC office, and the background link will be sent directly to the applicant. Once the applicant completes the link information, and the results are returned, the originator of this request will be notified by the NDWC office of the status, at which point the applicant may begin serving.
